About These Terms

These terms apply when you use our website or hire Just Made It Landscaping for gardening and landscaping services.

 

Our Services

• Garden maintenance
• Fencing and paving
• Turf laying and lawn treatments
• Commercial landscaping services

 

Getting a Quote

• All quotes are free and valid for 30 days
• Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide
• Final costs may vary if project scope changes
• We’ll always discuss any changes with you first

 

Booking and Payment

• A 50% deposit is required on all landscaping projects in order to obtain materials and cover the costs of skip hire/waste charges.
• Payment methods: Bank transfer, cash, or cheque
• Final payment is due on completion
• Late payments may incur interest charges

 

Our Work

• We aim to complete projects on the agreed timeline
• Weather conditions may cause delays
• We’ll keep you updated on progress
• Any changes to the original plan must be agreed in writing

 

Your Responsibilities

• Provide clear access to the work area
• Ensure pets are secure during our visits
• Point out any underground cables, pipes, or hazards
• Make final payment when work is completed to your satisfaction

 

What’s Included

• All materials and plants as specified in your quote
• Removal of garden waste from your project
• Basic aftercare advice for new plants/lawn

 

Cancellations

• You can cancel before work starts with 48 hours notice
• Deposits for cancelled projects may be retained to cover costs already incurred
• We may need to reschedule due to extreme weather

 

Liability

• We’re fully insured for public liability
• We’re not responsible for existing plant/lawn problems we didn’t cause
• We’ll fix any damage we cause to your property
• Plants come with a 3-month guarantee (subject to proper care)

 

Complaints

If you’re not happy with our work:

1. Contact us immediately so we can put things right
2. We’ll work with you to resolve any issues
3. Most problems can be sorted out with a friendly conversation
